PROGRAM

Saturday, September 27
07:00 p.m. – Meeting at the port of Genoa in a reserved area for participants going to Sicily on a GNV ship.
11:00 p.m. – Departure of the GNV ship for Palermo.

Sunday, September 28
09:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – On-board check-in for participants coming from Genoa.
12:30 p.m. – On-board briefing and cocktail.
03:30 p.m. – 05:30 p.m.: Check-in in Palermo (NH Hotel – Foro Italico) for participants reaching Sicily by
road or GNV ships from Naples and Civitavecchia. Room assignment and luggage storage.
07:30 p.m. – Arrival in Palermo of the GNV ship coming from Genoa and transfer to the historic centre,
escorted by traffic police and Carabinieri.
08:30 p.m. – Welcome dinner at the Francavilla Palace.
10:00 p.m. – Official start of the “Raid dell’Etna 2025”. Overnight stay at the NH Hotel Palermo
(4-star hotel).

Monday, September 29
09:00 a.m. – Start 1 st leg.
09:30 a.m. – Palermo University – Visit to the Historical Museum of Engines and Mechanisms.
10:30 a.m. – Departure – Timed trial.
12:30 p.m. – Arrival in Castellammare del Golfo – Lunch break.
02:15 p.m. – Departure.
03:00 p.m. – Arrival in Scurati – Visit to the Mangiapane Cave.

04:00 p.m. – Departure for Mazara del Vallo.
05:30 p.m. – Arrival at the Giardino di Costanza Resort (5 star hotel).
08:00 p.m. – Dinner and overnight stay.

Tuesday, September 30
09:00 a.m. – Start 2 nd leg.
09:30 a.m. – Triscina Racetrack – Timed trial.
10:00 a.m. – Arrival in Selinunte. Entrance to the archaeological park and guided tour.
11:45 a.m. – Departure for Mazara del Vallo.
12:30 p.m. – Lunch break at the 19 th century Tenuta Repiè.
02:30 p.m. – Departure for Partanna. Guided tour of the Grifeo Castle.
05:00 p.m. – Return to the Giardino di Costanza Resort (5 star hotel).
08:00 p.m. – Dinner and overnight stay.

Wednesday, October 1
09:00 a.m. – Start 3 rd leg. Transit from the Trapani Salt Pans
10:30 a.m. – Arrival in Erice – Tour of the historic centre.
12:00 p.m. – Departure.
12:30 p.m. – Lunch break.
02:30 p.m. – Departure. Timed trial “Petrosino”.
04:00 p.m. – Arrival in Mazara del Vallo – Historic centre.
05:00 p.m. – Return to the Giardino di Costanza Resort (5 star hotel).
08:00 p.m. – Dinner and overnight stay.

Thursday, October 2
08:30 a.m. – Start 4 th leg.
10:30 a.m. – Transit from the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento.
11:15 a.m. – Timed trial at the Valley of the Temples in Racalmuto racetrack.
01:00 p.m. – Lunch break at the old Masseria Mandrascate in Valguarnera.
03:00 p.m. – Departure.
05:00 p.m. – Arrival at the Grand Hotel Baia Verde in Acicastello (4 star hotel).
08:00 p.m. – Dinner.

Friday, October 3
09:00 a.m. – Start 5 th leg. Timed trial “Etna”.
10:15 a.m. – Arrival at the Sapienza Refuge. Excursion to the Silvestri craters and leisure-time for shopping.
11:45 a.m. – Departure for Viagrande.
12:45 p.m. – Lunch break at the historical Villa Di Bella.
02:30 p.m. – Departure.
03:15 p.m. – Arrival in Acireale. Free time for a tour of the historic centre.
05:00 p.m. – Return to the Grand Hotel Baia Verde in Acicastello (4 star hotel).
08:00 p.m. – Gala dinner and overnight stay.

Saturday, October 4
09:00 a.m. – Departure for Catania – Piazza Università.
10:00 a.m. – Ladies’ cup.
12:00 p.m. – Award ceremony at the Palazzo Manganelli. Farewell lunch. End of the event.

HOW TO REGISTER, PARTICIPATION FEES AND SERVICES

HOW TO REGISTER
The registration must take place via the appropriate section on the www.raidetna.it website or by sending
the registration form found on the site to the segreteria@raidetna.it email. All cars built before 31
December 1976 can participate in the "Raid dell’Etna 2025". However, cars built after the above date may
be accepted at the sole discretion of the Organisation, by sending a request to the above-mentioned e-mail
address. Porsche brand sports cars (excluding sedans and SUVs) of any era will also be admitted. No specific
vehicle type approval and/or certification is required. The first 60 crews that have submitted their
registration by sending the relevant form, along with the deposit of 50% of the participation fee no later
than 15 July 2025, will be allowed to participate. Any cancellation must be notified by the same date; after
this date, a refund will be made available only at the Organization’s discretion. The balance of the
registration fee is due by 5 September 2025.

PARTICIPATION FEES
The participation fee is € 2,530 per person and includes sports taxes, full accommodation in a double or
twin room in a 4/5 star hotel, all lunches and dinners from the afternoon of September 28 to the afternoon
of October 4, including all the various entrances. The fee also includes roadside assistance with tow truck
and parking in a guarded area in the hotel.
The participation fee for historic cars built prior to 1954 is: € 2,150 per person.
The participation fee for historic cars of the "barchetta" type and built before 1940 is: € 1,950 per person.
Supplement fee for a double single use room: € 600 per person.
Supplement fee for a Superior room at the NH Hotel and Grand Hotel Baia Verde (3 nights): € 500 per
person (within the limits of availability).
Supplement fee for a suite at the 5-star hotel Giardino di Costanza Resort (3 nights): € 650 per person
(within the limits of availability).
Supplement for luggage transport (from Palermo to Catania): € 300 per car crew.
ACI card: € 50 (membership is required only for Italian drivers).
AciSport registered licence: € 50.
(Note: if an invoice is required, the VAT in force must be added to the above-mentioned fees).

The booked car cannot be replaced with another one.
